The history of the Carraig dates back to the eighteenth century having started its life as The King's Head Inn.
Today, the Carraig Hotel is a focal point of the town. It is a fine hotel with 23 bedrooms and all modern facilities as well as excellence in conference facilities, dining and banqueting whilst still retaining much of its old world tradition, charm and character.
